About the role
A pivotal sales position forging deep relationships with top clients, becoming their trusted advisor on all things SFG20. Our role puts you centre stage, crafting win-win partnerships that unlock new business opportunities for them and for SFG20. You'll deliver exceptional customer experiences, showcasing the power of our SFG20 product portfolio through engaging demos and expert guidance.
The ultimate goal? Ensure our valued customers maximise the value of their subscriptions – and watch your partnerships flourish!
Your expertise will be instrumental in:
- Building trust and deep relationships with key accounts, ensuring a positive SFG20 image (especially on Teams).
- Being a trusted advisor, identifying growth opportunities and maximizing customer engagement with SFG20 solutions.
- Securing new sales and renewals across the product portfolio, collaborating with teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Managing high-level client relationships, proactively addressing inquiries and maximizing customer lifetime value.
- Champion SFG20 as a strategic partner, influencing key decision-makers and fostering two-way relationships.
- Represent SFG20 professionally at events, deliver impactful demos, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Drive results by prioritizing activities, achieving KPIs, and continuously improving account health.
Essential experience
- Proven track record in strategic account management with a focus on revenue growth and customer retention.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing large enterprise accounts and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, products, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service and value to clients.
Desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience within the Facilities Management (FM) industry.

All candidates must be able to demonstrate a pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK. We are unfortunately not able to offer sponsorship. Documentary evidence will be required.
