Please note this role is remote with all expenses paid travel once a month to Newcastle
Overview:
SFG20 is at the forefront of transforming the building maintenance industry with our cutting-edge software platform. We are seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead our high-performing Account Management team and propel our ambitious growth strategy. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Inspire: Empower and motivate your sales team to consistently achieve and surpass targets.
- Strategic Growth: Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, expanding our client base.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are not only met but exceeded.
- Team Development: Coach and mentor your team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Sales Excellence: Set the standard by actively participating in sales activities and securing key deals.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven Leadership: A track record of successfully managing and motivating a sales team.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and close deals.
- Relationship Builder: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong connections.
- Strategic Thinker: Adept at identifying opportunities and formulating effective sales strategies.
- IT SaaS Sales Experience: Proven success in selling SaaS products virtually, including conducting demo presentations.
- Account Management Expertise: Experience with migrations, upselling, renewals, and expanding existing accounts.
- Commercial Mindset: A strategic approach to account growth and forecasting future opportunities.
- Mentorship: Ability to share knowledge and support the current team with your expertise.
Additional Information
All candidates must be able to demonstrate a pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK. We are unfortunately not able to offer sponsorship. Documentary evidence will be required.
